The site is an introduction
The pages on this website describe the kind of work Premiere International offers. They are not a quote, a proposal, or an offer that you can accept by using the contact form. A project starts only when both sides have signed a written agreement that names the work, the price, and the timetable.
What you send us
Use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Do not send unlawful, misleading, or harmful material, and do not try to interfere with the site. You confirm that the details you submit are accurate and that you are allowed to share them with us.
Sending a message does not create a client relationship and does not oblige us to take the work.
Our material
The text, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Premiere International Limited or are used with permission. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site, or substantial parts of it, for your own commercial site.
Liability
We take care to keep the site available and the information on it fair. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based only on these marketing pages, or for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach.
Nothing on this site limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that English law does not allow us to limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
