Privacy Policy
How this website handles personal information.
Who we are
Premiere International Limited is the controller for information you send through this website. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9JQ. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the details you type: first name, last name, company, position, phone number, email address, and your message. We also record that you agreed to this policy and the terms. We do not ask you to create an account, and this site does not use a database of its own.
Our hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the time of a request. Those logs are used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Why we use it
We use the form details to read your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us. We do not use the form for a mailing list, and we do not sell personal information.
Who else sees it
The message is emailed to [email protected]. The people who operate that mailbox, and the companies that host this website and that mailbox, can process it for those purposes. We do not pass the form contents to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to reply and to keep a reasonable record of what was asked and agreed. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. Hosting logs are kept for the period set by the host, which is typically a short operational window.
Your rights
If you are in the United Kingdom, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no reason to keep it. You can also object to certain processing and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your information badly. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Cookies
The contact form uses a session cookie so the page can tell a real submission from a forged one. The cookie is not used for advertising. It expires when you close the browser session, or shortly after, depending on your browser.
